The Expofil show will also be paying particular attention to its display, especially the design of its fashion forum. Coordinated by the Première Vision fashion teams and François-Xavier Hérody, the Autumn/ Winter 14/15 fashion directions will be presented in an area dedicated to the idea of connections. The new season focuses on junctions. It sketches out new and innovative frontiers between the elements that make up the season’s weaves and knits. It showcases the yarn that links and connects, that constructs lightness, modulates irregularities and structures suppleness in three major directions:
- between empty and full, with developments combining fineness and thickness,
- between solidity and suppleness, with plays on structure and motion,
- between contrasts, with strong link between vibrant colours and aspects.

Closely tied to this theme, the Expofil forum, designed by Nina Forlani, will display these specially conceived and created developments along with practical and clear information, an index by exhibitor, new products and know-hows.
